4. Nature of the Service
AircraftTechJobs is a recruitment platform that publishes aviation maintenance vacancies and transmits applications to the relevant recruitment team. Ethiconomie BV is not a party to any employment contract between you and a Hiring Company, unless expressly stated in writing. Use of the Service is free of charge for Candidates.
We do not guarantee that any vacancy remains open, that any application will be reviewed within a particular period, or that it will lead to an interview, offer, or employment.
5. Candidate accounts
- An account is created when you submit your first application. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@ethiconomy.be of any unauthorised use.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, contain false information, or present a security risk.
6. Applications, licences, and documents
- You warrant that all information and documents you submit, including your CV and EASA Part-66 or equivalent licence, are truthful, accurate, your own, and not misleading.
- Submitting forged, altered, or third-party documents is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the competent authorities.
- Hiring Companies may verify qualifications, licences, references, and right-to-work status, subject to applicable law.
- You grant Ethiconomie BV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and share your Content with the relevant recruitment team and Hiring Company solely for recruitment purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory purpose;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity;

8. Vacancy information
Vacancy details (including salary, rotation, visa sponsorship, location, fleet, and benefits) are provided for information only and may change or be withdrawn at any time. The final terms of any employment are solely those set out in a written contract with the Hiring Company. Visa sponsorship, where indicated, remains subject to eligibility and the decisions of the competent immigration authorities.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to Ethiconomie BV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written consent.
10. Availability and security
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethiconomie BV shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profit, income, opportunity, or data; (c) recruitment or employment decisions of Hiring Companies; (d) the accuracy of vacancy information supplied by third parties; or (e) temporary unavailability of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian or European law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ethiconomie BV against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or from false, unlawful, or infringing Content you submit.
13. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018. See our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Retention Policy.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing info@ethiconomy.be. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms. Sections 9, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Limburg (Belgium), without prejudice to mandatory rules granting consumers the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.
17. General
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
